This is all possible thanks to the way the frame can be adjusted to suit riders of different sizes, heights and ages. Bicycles in general normally have to be purchased for one particular size of rider. However, thanks to its adjustability, the smaller Triton is good for anybody from 3 feet tall to 5 feet 8 inches, while the larger Triton Pro can be used by anybody from just 4 feet tall right up to to 6 foot 3 inches tall.

This adjustability makes the Triton as much an adult tricycle as it is a kids bicycle. Although kids bicycles were never this much fun before the Triton arrived on the scene!

 
The riding experience on these trike bikes can be most closely compared to pedal go karts or beach cruiser bikes, as it’s a single speed bike, but these comparisons don’t really do justice to the exhilaration you get on these Triton recumbent trikes (see the Kids page for more on the ride experience kids tells us riding the Triton is like).

Having a bike you can share your kid’s fun with is pretty handy on its own level, and these 3 wheel bikes make that sharing much easier. As a parent responsible for young children’s or teenager’s well-being and upbringing, you’ll be all too-aware of the problems today’s kids face in terms of their fitness and getting their activity levels up, and you’ll be wanting to do all you can to have a positive impact on that problem.

In general, the activity levels of children in the UK continue to decrease while their obesity rates increase, so it becomes increasingly important to get your children away from their video screens and computers for a little while.  But we know it can also be very challenging to find activities that parents and children alike can share and enjoy. Finding something your kids will really enjoy is half the battle. Kids tell us they love to race, do tricks, and make 360 degree turns on a dime with their Tritons.  Triton three wheel bicycles certainly help to combine fun and fitness. But don’t worry - a recumbent bike like this allows them to do that in a fun, safe, way thanks to the ingenious design and the unique non-standard steering mechanism of these bikes. Kids have so much fun on their Tritons they don’t realize they are also getting a valuable cardiovascular and strengthening workout as well, and your problem is solved!

Let’s not forget, also, that not every parent is blessed with perfectly 100% healthy kids, and for some children learning to ride and handle a conventional bike can be difficult or a little bit daunting. This is where the Triton can be particularly useful -
